As a Vistage Chair and leadership coach, Kate is passionate about creating spaces where leaders can think strategically, be challenged honestly, and grow into their full potential. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in her own experience of being mentored and coached by extraordinary leaders who helped shape her journey. Today, she considers it a privilege to pay that gift forward by walking alongside others as they lead, grow, and pursue meaningful impact.
A recovering corporate executive turned serial entrepreneur, Kate has built and led multiple businesses and nonprofits throughout her career.
